We all know that there have been many Hollywood filmmakers who started out producing films on a shoestring budget. They then went on to make their way into the world of film by producing big, high-budget productions.
It is important to emphasize that a very important factor is that today we have Digital Cinema, which makes it very possible for many people to make films with very little or no budget.
